Enterprise (Business) Support:

• We will advertise your vacancies.
• We will recruit your staff.
• We will train your staff.
• We will mentor your staff – helping to reduce staff turnover.
• We will help resolve staff issues
• We will provide marketing advice.
• We will advise you on employment law.

In many cases this can be offered free of charge.

Enterprise(Business-Start up) Support:

Wherever possible:

• We will help you write a business plan
• We will help you apply for funding to get your business up and running
• We will give you access to further training and improve your business skills
• We will help you recruit and train your staff
• We will offer marketing advice and support
• We will offer mentoring from successful business owners

In many cases this can be offered free of charge.

Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG)

We offer one-to-one advice and support, helping you back to work or into training.

Our dedicated IAG advisors can:

• Give you careers advice
• Provide you with training and further education information
• Support you in writing a CV and a covering letter
• Support you with job search
• Help you with interview skills
• Assist you to plan your journey back to work or training
• Identify any potential funding for training and development
• Signpost you to other services when necessary
