From M62 / A63

From where the M62 ends, continue on the A63. Approx 6 miles along you will come towards a flyover, (40 mile an hour speed limit).  Take the first exit after the speed limit signs signposted for Hull Royal Infirmary and local traffic.  Don’t continue over flyover.   

At the first roundabout take the second exit on to Rawlings Way.  Take your first right on to Walker Street (signposted ‘Goodwin Centre’ and ‘Octagon’).  Follow this road round and the Octagon is on the left, opposite a row of shops, the car park is left just before the building itself.

For the Goodwin centre turn right opposite the Octagon and then first left onto Icehouse Road. The centre is on the right hand side with parking at the far side

Please leave your car registration number at the reception desk and sign in.

From Beverley Road A1079

Continue along Beverley Road (A1079) driving straight on through all the traffic lights for approximately 3 ½ miles where you will arrive at a major road junction controlled by traffic lights.  Stay in the central lane.  The Hull Daily Mail building should be on your right.  Drive straight on across the lights onto Ferensway (A1079) and continue forward until you see the Railway and Bus Station and the Quality Royal Hotel on your right.  At the next main junction with traffic lights turn right onto Anlaby Road (A1105).

At the next major set of traffic lights turn left onto Icehouse Road (signposted ‘Goodwin centre’ and ‘Octagon’).  For the Goodwin centre, bear left onto icehouse Road and the centre is on the left hand side, with parking to the left of the building.

For the Octagon, carry  straight on past the Goodwin Club on your left hand side and past the shops.  The Octagon is situated on the right hand side with parking to the rear (right turn on far side of building).  Please leave your car registration number at the reception desk and sign in.

Arriving by Train

From the main concourse take the exit to the right. Turn right and walk into the railway car park and cut straight across it and you will now be on Anlaby Road. Turn to your right and walk to the crossing at the Tiger’s Lair Club. Continue over the crossing and turn to the right and take the next left at the major set of traffic lights which will be Icehouse Road. Walk down here, past the Goodwin Club on your left hand side and past the shops. The Octagon is situated on the right hand side, opposite the shops.
