Conference Facilities

The Octagon has six meeting rooms and one conference hall, with seating for up to 260 people, available for hire. All rooms have wheelchair access and natural daylight (excluding 6.6)  

There are a variety of layout styles to choose from for each room according to your specific needs:

• Boardroom
• Classroom
• Theatre
• Cabaret style (only available for Room 6.6 and the Conference Hall)

Meeting Rooms 6.1 - 6.5

Meeting rooms 6.1 – 6.5 provide seating for up to 18 people in a variety of layouts.

Facilities available in Rooms 6.1 – 6.5 include:

• Pull-down screen
• White board
• Flipchart Stand
• OHP available at no charge
• Video/TV Combi available for hire
• Digital Projector available for hire
• Laptop available for hire
• Stationary Items Available for purchase
• Wi-Fi Access

Due to the unique design of The Octagon, each room is shaped slightly differently, as can be seen on the First Floor Plan, and therefore the exact layout of each style differs from room to room.

Meeting Room 6.6

This is a slightly larger room than Rooms 6.1-6.5, seating up to 26 people, with the same facilities available as for Rooms 6.1-6.5.

The extra space this rooms affords allows for a cabaret style layout if required.
