By Road
From M62 / A63
From where the M62 ends, continue on the A63. Pass under the Humber Bridge and take the third exit signed "Local traffic/infirmary", as you reach the 40mph speed limit. At the first roundabout go straight on down Rawlings Way. Take your first right onto Walker Street (signposted Octagon / Goodwin Ctr) and follow the road around. You will find the Octagon on your left opposite a row of shops with parking to the rear. For the Goodwin Centre, turn right onto Adelaide Street just before the Octagon then take your first left onto Icehouse Road. The Goodwin Centre is on your right with parking opposite, to the side and rear.
From Beverley Road A1079
Continue along Beverley Road (A1079) driving straight on through all the traffic lights for approximately 3 ½ miles where you will arrive at a major road junction controlled by traffic lights. Stay in the central lane. The Hull Daily Mail building should be on your right. Drive straight on across the lights onto Ferensway (A1079) and continue forward until you see Paragon Interchange on your right. At the next main junction with traffic lights turn right onto Anlaby Road (A1105). At the next major set of traffic lights turn left onto Icehouse Road. Icehouse Road continues at the first left and the Goodwin Centre is on the left hand side. For The Octagon, instead of turning left to continue down Icehouse Road carry on down onto Walker street past the Goodwin Club and shops on the left hand side. The Octagon is on the right hand side, with parking to the rear.
By Rail
Hull has good rail connections, with direct services to and from London, Leeds, Sheffield and Manchester every day. Trains to London terminate at King's Cross Station and run direct six times a day. Hull train station is only a 5 minute walk from the Goodwin Centre and The Octagon.For rail information visit

On foot from Hull Railway Station
From the main concourse take the exit to the right. Turn right onto the railway car park and left again where you will see some gates in an alley between the buildings. You should now be on Anlaby Road. Use the road crossing and continue walking away from the City Centre until you reach Pease Street. Turn left onto Pease Street and continue to the end of the road. At the T-junction turn right onto St Lukes Street and left again at the next T-junction onto Icehouse Road. The Goodwin Centre is immediately to your right, please call into the Goodwin Centre and the Receptionist will be more than happy to direct you over to The Octagon.
