Through this exciting new venture we are now in a position to further develop our services to older or vulnerable residents who require assistance in support of independent living, housing and care advice and guidance throughout Hull and The East Riding. We have been successful in securing funding to 30/11/2012 in the first instance for the following role but may be extended beyond this date.

Danny's Dream Personal Assistants (SUPPLY) Ref SDDPA01 - no closing date (£6.70/hour)
Together, Goodwin Development Trust and Danny's Dream are working to provide "Live Your Life Personal Assistance and Family Support Service" which is Care Quality Commision (CQC) registered Domiciliary Care and Nursing Agency, providing personal assistace and family support to children, young people and adults with additional health and social care needs. Services provided include a person centred approach to the assessment of needs, the development, and if required, facilitation of individual person centred support plans and health action plans delivered by suitably qualified and experienced staff.
