Together, Goodwin Development Trust and Danny's Dream are working to provide "Live Your Life Personal Assistance and Family Support Service" which is Care Quality Commision (CQC) registered Domiciliary Care and Nursing Agency, providing personal assistace and family support to children, young people and adults with additional health and social care needs. Services provided include a person centred approach to the assessment of needs, the development, and if required, facilitation of individual person centred support plans and health action plans delivered by suitably qualified and experienced staff. An opportunity has arisen for us to recruit the following posts:

£6.70 per hour (£7.00 per hour if NVQ/Diploma Level 2 in Health & Social Care

The main purpose of these posts is to assist people with disabilities and/or complex needs who live at home, to be able to continue to live at home by ensuring that they have adequate support.  The support given may involve personal care, and/or special care and/or escorting, and/or arranging and joining in activities.  It is essential that you have a demonstrable experience of working in the caring profession and have a working knowledge of safeguarding children protocols and procedures along with an understanding of confidentiality and data protection in respect of service user records.  It is also essential that you have a working knowledge of safeguarding vulnerable adult protocols and procedures.
