Sharon has been a trustee since 2004 and became involved after moving onto the estate two years prior.  Sharon is the Chair of Goodwin’s Organisational Development Sub Committee.  She has a keen interest in community and volunteer development, which is demonstrated by 20 years experience as a volunteer in schools, community groups and charitable organisations.  Sharon’s professional experience has focused on family support and community development type roles which have involved supporting people to make positive changes for themselves and their families.
